Passive House standards result in lower energy consumption, lower carbon footprint, better indoor air quality and noise blocking, and other long-term savings over the life of the building.

operates the Fuller-findlay Housing Co-op, consisting of 123 homes.

McLaren Housing Society

provides housing and support services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. They will operate 31 homes in support of this community.
